Talom Rukbo ( 01-12-1946 to 30-12-2000 ) S/o Rukpaying Rukbo of village Mirku, Pasighat, East Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh.

First man of spirituo-religious and social reform movements ( Founder of Donyi-Poloism ) in Arunachal Pradesh.

First Person to represent International Association for Religious Freedom (IARF) world Congress held in Humburg, Germany accompanied with Oshong Ering and Tumpak Ete in 1987.
